Use of Information Regarding IP Addresses and Use of Cookies

The Daxchain System will collect information about the Client's device, including IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and aggregated reporting. This statistical data about browsing actions and patterns may be used for Daxchain Security purposes.

Cookies

The Daxchain System uses cookies, which assign a unique identification to your computer. Information collected from cookies is used to evaluate website effectiveness, analyse trends, and administer the Daxchain System. Daxchain also uses web bugs or clear gifs in emails to confirm receipt and response, and to provide personalised experiences.

Client's Ability to Correct, Update and Delete Own Personal Information

You may request deletion of your Account and Personal Information by sending an email to office@daxchain.eu. Daxchain will review your request and will decline it only where inconsistent with internal rules, legal and regulatory obligations.

Upon your written request, Daxchain will inform you of available Personal Information and provide general disclosure. Daxchain will also provide a copy of retained Personal Information. A charge may be assigned for accessing your own Personal Information.

Security Measures to Prevent Loss, Misuse, or Alteration of Personal Information

Daxchain has implemented security measures to ensure confidentiality and safety of your Personal Information and protect against misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorised Daxchain individuals have access to your Personal Information.

In accordance with record-keeping obligations, Daxchain will retain Accounts and Personal Information for at least five years after they are closed by you.
