Complaints

If you would like to file a complaint, please email the following details to complaints@daxchain.eu and we will handle it according to our Complaints Handling Policy.

Please include:

• Full name
• ID / Passport number
• Account email
• Reason for the complaint
• The financial instrument involved (fiat, crypto asset)
• The date of your last correspondence with the Company employee, and the name of the employee
• A detailed summary of the events leading up to the complaint
• The expected resolution or outcome to rectify the situation

Our compliance team will acknowledge receipt and respond within the timeframes set by our complaints procedure.
